When I read and reviewed Robert Shemin’s bestseller How Come That Idiot’s Rich And I’m Not?, I found out that Shemin has actually been writing for quite some time.  He has written over a dozen books, and I wanted to list them here to provide more resources for my readers. 

Almost all of these books deal with real estate investing, and Shemin has proven to be an expert in that field and in teaching how to achieve passive income through real estate.  I haven’t read any of these books yet, but they seem to contain a wealth of information for the aspiring real estate investor.
