My credit card has been charged numerous times and I've never recieved the Business in a Box. I also signed up for one of his Goldware programs with a 30 day trial period, but when I went to cancel, I couldn't. Guess he set it up so he can keep charging you over and over and over again - what good is it to offer a 30 day trial period if you can't cancel prior to the 30 days??? Ethical, not in my opinion. I also know he's sold my email address to various companies, since he's had my email address I get over 100 spam mails a day. Prior to that I never recieved any. I tried to submit a ticket to get this matter rectified, but according to them I'm not registered. I sent them a copy of my email registration and they still say I'm not registered, but my credit card is being charged. I can log on to his program with the same information I supplied to them, but when I attempted to cancel my membership - it wouldn't let me. I tried numerous times without success. Again, today more charges were processed on my credit card. Don't know what for, and they couldn't provide me with an answer since I'm not registered - only my credit card is!!! Save yourself time and money and stay clear of Shawn Casey and any thing related to his Godware business. BTW, when I requested a phone number to contact him they refused to provide me with one. How professional is that??? Now I have to deal with my credit card company to get these charges reversed and stop any other charges from being processed.
