<description>I wouldn't use the term lazy, they will come to rely on technology even more. I "sort of" grew up with computers. I remember the first time I used a computer, and it was an Apple at elementary school. I was hooked. I remember the first spreadsheet ever developed for the same computer VisiCalc.

I rely on technology a lot. I love it. I breathe it. I don't know what I would do if I didn't have my BlackBerry. Although I can get around easy enough, I would be lost without my GPS. I often sit back and wonder how I ever got along without the Internet.

While using your mind is very important, you need to stay sharp in order to compete for the best of anything - do I really need to memorize endless lists, and facts when I can now jump onto Google or any number of Wikis' to get the answer?

Already we rely on technology, and this reliance will continue to grow as new services are made available to us and new ways of looking at data allow us to explore the vast amounts of information out there.

I am excited, for myself and for my son who is growing up in a purely informational age.
