The video below is from The Big Idea, and, in it, Jeff Chavez (of NorthStar Ventures) explains to a young business owner what he’s doing wrong with his business and why he’s in debt. The main focus of Jeff’s advice? Find a niche. Don’t go against the masses because you’re going to find yourself outnumbered and over-powered.Â
Find a specific gap in the market or, as Donny calls it, those “low-hanging fruit”, and go for it.
